As you are aware, COVID19 restrictions have resulted in a phenomenal increase in orders being placed online, which we’re doing our best to process as quickly as possible. As you can imagine, the increase in orders means we’re receiving more enquiries than usual, along with greater stock volumes being dispatched daily.
Please be patient and understanding. Our team is working really hard to ensure your order is being processed as quickly as possible.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distributer to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order.

We cannot accept a PO Box for these items as the shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to PO Box.


To return an item, please contact us at maddiebellerugs@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the rug.

Please have the rug packaged in the same condition you received it in.

We will arrange a courier to pick up your rug for a flat fee of $29.95, and we will e-mail you a consignment slip to print and attach to the rug.

If you didn't notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Contacting us regarding a return more than 7 days after having received your order.

The item in question has been damaged, is missing parts, or is in any way not to its original condition by errors outside of our control.

The item you wish to return is a custom made item or special order (i.e. items not in stock that have to be ordered in).


Once your return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent by us notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed fully, and credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment within 5 business days.


You may also return your item if it is faulty, for a full refund, exchange or credit.
