To return an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your rug.
Please have the rug packaged in the same condition you received it in.
We will arrange a courier to pick up your rug for a flat fee of $29.95, and we will email you a consignment slip to print and attach to the rug.
If you didn't notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
Contacting us regarding your return more than 7 days after having received your order.
The item in question has been damaged, is missing parts, or is in any way not to its original condition by errors outside of our control.
The item you wish to return is a custom-made item or special order (i.e. items not in stock that must be ordered in).
Once your return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent by us to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed fully, and credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
You may also return your item if it is faulty, for a full refund, exchange, or credit within 7 days of receiving your rug.
